March of 2012, Nathan Keener was promoted from Court Security Officer to Patrol Deputy. Scott Axtell was promoted to the position of Court Security Officer. Upon completion of Basic Training at the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center, he will assume the position of Court Security Officer at the Russell County Courthouse.
